James founded CST in 1993 with a clear vision: to build a technology company grounded in exceptional service, innovation, and trust. Drawing on his extensive background in project management at IBM, where he led high-profile projects for clients including Cazenove, Lloyds, VW, and NatWest. James brought both technical insight and strategic leadership to CST from day one. His passion for technology and dedication to client success have shaped the company’s culture and fueled its steady growth over the decades.
Paul Tucker
Chief Operating Officer
Paul joined CST in 2011 and has played a pivotal role in reshaping the company's operational framework. With a strong foundation in technical expertise and a deep understanding of client needs, Paul has built and led a high-performing service team known for delivering innovative solutions on even the most complex projects. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning CST’s capabilities with evolving industry demands, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve. Today, Paul drives the development of new service offerings and actively identifies strategic growth opportunities to expand CST’s reach and impact.
Shane Thorne
Commercial Director
Shane joined CST in 2006 and started out in consultancy, working with our customers to develop their infrastructures and technical budgets. Due to Shane's practical knowledge, he can explain technical terms in easy-to-understand terminology. His unique experience of ‘both sides of the fence’ has allowed him to develop and grow the way CST develops and recommends the right solutions for our customers. Shane ensures our customers are happy with the services they are provided through excellent problem management skills and ensuring regular contact with our customers.
Ayrton Mitchell
Professional Services Director
Ayrton joined CST in 2014 and has steadily advanced through a range of technical and leadership positions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both the company and its clients. His passion for technology and commitment to client success have made him a key architect of CST’s professional services evolution. Today, Ayrton leads the team responsible for delivering high-impact solutions, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and designing services that meet real-world needs with precision and creativity.
Ryan Griffin
Technical Operations Director
Ryan joined CST in 2014 and has grown with the business through a variety of roles—from procurement and the service desk, to consultancy and leadership. His deep understanding of both technical delivery and client needs led him to head up our Solutions team before stepping into his current role as Technical Operations Director. Ryan now oversees the end-to-end performance of our service operations, combining hands-on experience with strategic oversight to drive efficiency, innovation, and service excellence.
Ronan McManus
Finance Manager
Ronan joined CST in 2016 and has been a key figure in strengthening the company’s financial operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of business dynamics, he has introduced processes and controls that have improved financial transparency and operational efficiency. As Finance Manager, Ronan oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing the insight and guidance needed to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth across the business.

CST has been supporting Yours Clothing for 10 years and has played a key role in ensuring our IT operations run smoothly across our head office and all our stores, providing both onsite and remote support to meet our business needs.
